FAQ

Artwork-

Q:  How can I purchase a print I have seen of yours that is not in the shop (ie: Open Championship, Master's, etc)?

A:  This is probably our most asked question.  We love those those pieces too.  Unfortunately, we do not have the proper permissions at this time to sell those.  We are hopeful to bring them (or a version of them) to market someday in the future. To stay up to date on product releases, follow us on Instagram (@chandlerwithington) or subscribe to our emails.

Q: How can I be sure the quality will mach the price?

A: Don't take our word for it!  Listen to our satisfied customers by reading our reviews.  We consider these artwork prints to be more than a "poster" and selected a high quality texture paper to best display this beautiful artwork.

Q:  Does Chandler do custom pieces?

A:  We hope at some point, but right now we are tied up with some exciting projects in the works.  Feel free to reach out with any questions so we can better respond to requests.

Framing-

Q:  If I purchase the artwork unframed, will I have trouble finding an affordable frame?

A:  All of our pieces come in standard frame sizes, 24"x36" or 16"x24."  We intentionally created our artwork in these sizes so customers could easily shop for an affordable standard frame.

Shipping-

Q:  How quickly do you ship orders?

A:  We take great pride in our turn around times, all of our print orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days.  If you need something sooner, feel free to reach out and we are happy to see what we can do to help you.  For framed pieces, please allow 3-4 weeks as they are all framed to order.

Q: What if the artwork is damaged during shipping?

A:  We've gone to great lengths to upgrade our packaging to protect the artwork.  That said, accidents do happen.  Should the artwork somehow become damaged during shipping, please email us a photo of the packaging so we can issue a claim with our shipping carrier and will get a replacement to you ASAP.

Q:  Do you ship Internationally?

A:  Yes!  We have begun accepting orders from our neighbors to the North in Canada and across the pond in the United Kingdom.  Customers will be responsible for duties/customs/fees.  As we continue to have success and satisfied customers, we look forward to opening up to other countries!
